Randall McCoy

Randall McCoy has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His experience includes executive positions and scientific research and development. His previous employment includes George Washington University, Temple University Medical School, and RCA/SRI International (Director of Life Sciences and Electronic Displays). Mr. McCoy has assisted both small and major pharmaceutical/device companies address FDA issues. He has also helped over 225 foreign and domestic companies introduce their FDA regulated drug and medical device products into the US and World market. Mr. McCoy currently has over 30 Patents US and International.


John Weber
Chief Financial Officer & Board Member
John Weber’s experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, the highest-ranked American corporate officer. His responsibilities included overseeing all corporate activity with the exception of R&D. During that time, Fujifilm was ranked as the fastest-growing medical imaging company, consistently ranking #1 or #2 in customer satisfaction. Prior to this he served as Senior Vice President, Operations at Fujifilm USA, where he spearheaded the transition of the company from a film distributor to a digital medical informatics company. He previously served as CFO, where he helped to profitably manage Fujifilm’s growth from an employee base of 75 to over 1,000.
Dr. J. Roy Nelson

J. Roy Nelson is currently the Chief Science Officer at Regenicin, Inc. He previously worked at Visual Industries, Inc. as the Secretary, Treasurer, and VP-Research & Development. Nelson received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, his doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, and his graduate degree from the University of Illinois.

As Chief Operating Officer for Regenicin, he leverages an MBA and JD, along with expertise in technology, healthcare, and economic development, to drive the company’s mission of bringing regenerative medicine breakthroughs to market.
He oversee operations, strategy, and growth while forging key partnerships to expand our impact. His experience in public, private, and startup environments—including generating billions in economic development—position him to drive biotech innovation and create value for customers, stakeholders, and society.
Dr. K.E. Castro
Director of Clinical Trials
Dr. K.E. Castro is a distinguished professional with a diverse background in molecular biology, biochemistry, law, and business. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the University of California, Irvine. Her academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Tumor Biology from Georgetown University, alongside certifications in Clinical Research, Genetics, and Genomics from UC Berkeley and Stanford University, respectively. Dr. Castro has an extensive teaching and research background, with published works in corporate law, taxation, and medical accreditation practices. Her interdisciplinary expertise and leadership experience uniquely position her at the intersection of law, business, and biomedical innovation.
